One door, with its hinges and its structure, faces the audience, with South America carved and colorfully painted on its side. A small pool was entirely covered by a tarp with abacus signs painted in black on the tarp with a no 10 brush. Under this tarp were some balloons hidden from the public. I arrive via the door that I push and then come upon the small pool. With two or three breaths, I take in some air before going under the tarp, and am followed in my progression. I make the balloons squeak as if it were an underwater concert. I pop some balloons and continue my research of the last balloons that are rubbing against the bottom of the pool. A range of sounds, muffled by the tarp, and produced between my body, the ground, and the tarp. I emerge swimming, and leave through the door that closes with a sharp click.
