Ben sets up a folding table on the Promenade des Anglais and, as usual, a slate with the title and author of the piece and a sign announcing a new musical theatre creation. He sits down and makes two sounds by rubbing a pencil against the inside of a violin. The crowd gathers around him, taking him for a fool. He, very serious, argues that this is contemporary music. Ben also creates a piece which he entitles Music 11. He inflates a paper bag and bursts it. A single sound. This piece is close to his sense of Constellation by Dick Higgins.
