A canvas is presented from the series Mes ciels…oh pardon mes cieux !(‘My Skies… I Mean, My Heavens!’), consisting of recovered landscape paintings of southern France (lavender field, farmhouse, seascape…) in which the landscape portion is in monochrome. A chat is initiated, demonstrating the interaction, synchronicity, and continuity between Avant-garde and Folklore.
