This performance takes place in different stages and moments:

First moment: at “Garage 103” inaugurating the “Aerial Office of the Great Republic,” “the aerial office is above your head,” communicating the hour and date to the whole network and audience, closing the place after having cleaned up, turning on the office lamp, putting the desk in front of the window, indicating that the following part will take place at the Villa Arson.

Second moment: at the Villa Arson

- Time 1: “Black Desk Black Service,” Michel Giroud, set up in Villa Arson’s hallway, right at the entrance, behind its administrative desk, a cash register open before him, questions each incomer, last name, first name, address, qualifications, job history are recorded after public discussion.

- Time 2: “We twist ourselves while shaving heads,” hair styling, Ben and Dupuy shave Giroud’s head, Giroud défends his mustache, the word ‘Dada’ is written on his shaved head, Garcin photographs and films.

- Time 3: “P.O.U.R” (“F.O.R.”), Garcin handed out short sentences, drawn from a green kitchen bowl, to the audience that enters by saying to each one, “this is a performance by Olivier Garcin for Robert Filliou” and then he reads, after having drawn the remaining short tentences from the bowl and throwing them at the audience that collects them.

- Time 4: Giroud grabs a djembé and plays it loudly after covering his head with a plastic bag…drum roll…
