Description: 

Uriburu dyes the fountain in Place Masséna, as well as the water of the port of Nice, with fluorescein. Thanks to this non-toxic substance, the water becomes green for a few hours. It spreads to Villfranche-sur-Mer’s harbor. Uriburu had already dyed the canals of Venice using the same technique.
