Publik is a theater play conceived and written by Ben and Erébo in November 1962 at the Taverne Alsacienne, rue Hôtel des Postes in Nice. At the time Ben completely ignored La Monte Young's work and mainly the 1960 #6 composition, very similar to Publik.
