Description:
a symbol of the stupidity of advertisement, enslaved to money, man conditioned by the media, Pavlov's dog, lambs going to the slaughter. Notice boards for free expression, interviews, destroying a car, a strolling sheep...
>“advertising goes way beyond anything we can imagine : one can no longer live without it... if we open a book, a magazine... any magazine... not just leisure magazines, but even serious magazines, are invaded by advertisements. You pay for advertisement...”

“do you like advertisement?

“Well, goodness, it depends... there are good ads, and bad ads. Bad advertising is when people are conditioned, forced to buy what they don't want. And good advertising is when people are made to discover unknown things.”

“In German you say “das is t schafwi ile...”it is the sheep's wish to always follow the shepherd...”

(child's voice:) “I'd like to know what “Braclim” means?”

“I think it shows that people are influenced by advertising.”

“That you can sell anything... with advertising”

“we need it to discover new products, but when it gets to the point where it prevents us from living, then that's a whole different ballgame...”

“I don't like advertising! They tell fibs.”

-So, you're not a real sheep?

“No!”

“I think that most of the people here probably didn't understand. This is a bit over their heads... I think they are a little intrigued by the originality of the whole.”

“... Well... if you like... first of all you have excellent music. The hi-fi system is good, that's important! I think it's a form of research, that's all. There's nothing to say: it's fine! You're not accusing... you're just raising an issue. You're making people think, that's all. There's no answer. It's up to people to ask themselves the question... what you did was not the easiest thing to do, that's what's beautiful! That's what I like!... The packs...

It seems to me... when you get there : you understand!”

“I have no idea... are these tricks?!”

“(...) What do you expect, the problem is that you get used to it; about car crashes, and all that,... every day they tell you: ”150 people die every weekend”! We get used to it! “1 million dead in Pakistan”, you get used to it! So mostly it's the news. That's why I think your thing is good!”

“... Hey! This is anti-advertising! It's a good idea because nowadays advertisement eats us up way too much and it isn't a bad idea to shake up people about that relation.

What I really like is that in the end you're not doing anti-advertising. Because in the end if we really want to cure people of this pollution, or whatever, they have to become conscious of it but not through fear. Now you're afraid of a cop... you're afraid of a cigarette... you're afraid of the bomb...”

“(...) I think that this must be the form which makes people the most conscious because, if you like, it's “nice”; it makes people think a lot more, not now... later!”
